Enbridge officials testify before Congressional Panel

Officials at Enbridge Energy are testifying before a House panel this afternoon in DC.  They're being questioned about their pipeline that broke in July near Marshall, MI and leaked more than 800,000 gallons of oil.

As Michigan Radio's Steve Carmody reports, Minnesota congressman James Oberstar, chair of the House Transportation Committee, started the hearing by criticizing Enbridge's response to the oil spill.

Enbridge says it will cost some $400 million to clean up the spill.
