If you have an Amazon Alexa or Google Home smart speaker, you have an easy way to access Michigan Radio and NPR news and information. 

Amazon Alexa Devices

* To access our live audio stream, simply say, "Alexa, Play Michigan Radio."

* To listen to your favorite Michigan Radio show or podcast or to listen to a newscast, you will first need to enable the Michigan Radio skill by doing the following: 
-Say "Alexa, Enable Michigan Radio." (You will only need to do this the first time)
-Then say, "Play (show name)" to listen to a specific show or “Play the radio” to hear our live stream.

* Once you have enabled the Michigan Radio skill, you can then open the Michigan Radio skill to listen to your favorite Michigan Radio show or the station.
-Say "Alexa, Open Michigan Radio." 
-Then say, "Play (show name)" to listen to a specific show or “Play the radio” to hear our live stream.

Google Home Devices

* To access our live audio stream, just say "Hey Google, Play Michigan Radio."

* To listen to your favorite Michigan Radio show or podcast, just say "Hey Google, Play (Show Name) Podcast."
