The jury is expected to get the case today of a man accused of stabbing a Flint airport police officer in June, 2017
Federal prosecutors wrapped up its case last week against Amor Ftouhi, with their final witness being the man he allegedly attacked. On the stand, Jeff Neville described the attack that left a gaping wound in his neck.
It will be up to the jury to decide if Ftouhi is guilty or not guilty of the three charges against him.
Ftouhi has dual Canadian-Tunisian citizenship. He was living in Montreal at the time of the incident. Ftouhi faces up to life in prison if he’s convicted of committing an act of terrorism transcending national boundaries.
