Reviled, but resilient: Detroit artist Rashaun Rucker connects Black men’s experience with the lives of pigeons
- Rashaun Rucker is an interdisciplinary artist, photographer, draftsman, and 2019 Kresge Artist Fellow.
- His newest exhibit "Never Free to Rest," is on view through October 13 at University of Michigan’s Institute for the Humanities Gallery. Rucker will be doing a virtual talk on his work as part of the Penny Stamps Speaker Series on Thursday, September 30 at 8:00pm.
